Li Hongwei

Graduated from Northeastern University in 1982 and achieved bachelor’s degree in the major of non-ferrous metal metallurgy. Currently he is the Chief Expert in GRINM GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED, board chairman of Grirem Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.. He is Senior technician & professor as well as expert enjoying the Special Government Allowances of the State Council.

Prof. Li Hongwei engaged in the R&D of RE hydrometallurgy and RE magnetic functional materials for a long term.

Prof. Li Hongwei is also the doctoral supervisor of Northeastern Univerysity, Executive Director of both Association of China Rare Earth Industry and China Rare Earth Society, Expert group member of China Rare Earth Society, Standing commissioner of Journal of Chinese Rare Earths and commissioner of Journal of Materials and Metallurgy.
